Shipping

Regarding returns and exchanges:
We only accept returns and exchanges for unused items with tags attached, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items with tags removed
• Returns due to customer reasons
• Lucky bag items
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact customer support in advance.
Regarding defective products:
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered,
we will replace it or issue a refund at our expense.
Important Note
: Minors must obtain parental consent before using this service.
If you are unable to receive your order due to prolonged absence or an unknown address, your order may be cancelled.
We do not offer forwarding services after delivery.
